The manual rinsing/blowing unit is manufactured entirely from stainless steel AISI 304, and is designed for the internal rinsing/blowing of new bottles and jars. This procedure is completed with the use of pre- filtered air or water via two spray nozzles prior to container filling.

Method of function
The operator manually collects the container and inverts it over the spray nozzle; the application of light pressure opens the liquid/pneumatic valve internally rinsing/blowing the container.
A short standing time should be allowed for any residual water to drain. The machine will be supplied with water or air filtration system to suit customer requirements.
